By accessing and using the Bookivio platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Bookivio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Bookivio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides booking management, gift card sales, review collection, and business management tools for venues including restaurants, shows, workshops, escape games, and similar businesses.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
The Service is offered through subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Features and limitations vary by plan. Bookivio reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer records, booking data, and business information. Bookivio does not claim ownership of your data.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Bookivio strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services, or force majeure events.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bookivio. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookivio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Bookivio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. Bookivio may terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
